FDA UK Ltd was founded in 1995, and initially provided a document storage solution for local businesses. Due to customer feedback and demand, this has expanded to offer all the services FDA now provides, including document archiving solutions, fireproof and digital storage and confidential shredding.
FDA UK Ltd is based in West Sussex, but with our national delivery network, we provide storage solutions on a national basis.
We provide solutions for accountancy firms and solicitors as well as utilities, insurance and pharmaceutical companies, among many other sectors.
FDA is a member of the Records Management Society to ensure we always know the latest industry news, legislation and other matters relating to the document archiving industry.
Behind the Business
Prior to establishing FDA UK, Philip was employed by a local accountancy practice for five years. During his employment he gained experience in both accountancy and administration duties.

Why Use FDA UK?
A secure warehouse solely operating as a document archive store with entry only permitted to FDA UK Ltd employees. We do not offer self storage or palletised facilities.
A flexible collection and retrieval service for your documents.
On arrival, each box is given a barcode and entered into our database so we can track the location of boxes and files placed into storage, or when returned to your offices.
In which to maintain your documents – each box is placed into a polythene sleeve, ensuring that the contents stay clean and protected.
A secure warehouse, manned 7 days a week, protected by digital 24hr recorded CCTV and state of the art smoke detectors.
A choice of archive boxes if required. Designed for use in the archive environment, with the option to apply anti-tamper security tabs.
Security-sealed transfer bags for all boxes and documents. By heat-sealing all files and boxes prior to departure from our warehouse into polythene bags, you know that the documents will arrive at your office complete, dry and clean.
When you do not require the original hard copy, but may still need to keep the information, we can scan the documents held in our warehouse to PDF format and upload the file to a secure web page so you can download, view and print the file
The rural location not only decreases the risk of petty property vandalism, but based on land that is 180 metres above sea level, flooding would be very unlikely.
With a low level of staff turnover, you will find that a dedicated team will manage your documents, having day to day contact with your business.
